Many entries may involve club, league, sponsor, or manufacturer marks. You, not Football Kit Archive, are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for your use of those materials. We may respond to infringement or takedown complaints by removing content or restricting access.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, including features, file formats, storage, public visibility tools, or pricing. We may suspend accounts or remove content for violations of these terms, abuse, security concerns, rights complaints, or legal reasons. You should keep your own backups of any content you want to preserve.

When we process a deletion request, we delete or unlink the account data associated with that user as appropriate for the services. The main exception is kits that were entered into competitions: those entries may remain visible to preserve competition records and results, but the associated account details will be removed or disconnected.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Kit Archive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, compatibility, or business opportunity arising from the services, third-party providers, or user content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Football Kit Archive regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
